Dear Friends,
It's very important to spend at least 10 to 48 minutes everyday in prayer and meditation. This 10 to 48 minutes will energise and make your thinking clear.
Good health is very essential for for mental and general well being. One should focus on well being all three levels Body, Mind and Soul. And there should be harmony on all three levels for sustained well being. So any techinque for physical well being should not ignore Soul well being in body.
Hatha Yoga is the techinque focus on well being body with harmony of Soul. For those interested in reading books, I would recommend BKS Iyengar's Light on Yoga book. Another contemporary Guru is Swami Ramdev, He gives regular yoga lesson in Astha television channel. In addition to various Yoga asanas he recommends two important pranaayama, Kapalbhati and Anuloma-Viloma Praanaayama. You can get online instructions from

If you have busy schedule try to do 5 Minutes of Kapalbhati and 5 minutes of Anuloma-Viloma everyday morning, as soon as you getup. Make this as a regular practice. The regularity cannot be overstressed, Since physical body can only be corrected by regular and constant practice.

Very nice thoughts indeed, coudnt agree more.
Curious about the timings you mention for daily sadhna, any reason for them to be between 10-48 minutes specifically.
