Note 1: "The value of the greatest elongation (west or east), for Mercury, is between 18° and 28°; and for Venus between 45° and 47°." Wikipedia. So Venus and Mercury cannot be be taken to be in Virgo by Normal Calculations. Pt. Sanjay Rath Suggests the "Roga" Bhaava can be taken as 8th house instead of 6th and both grahas can be Scorpio.  Unless ofcourse if you think that the maximum elongation can be different in Sat Yuga.

Note 2: There is also discussions about Lord Rama's Nakshatra.

[1-18-8, 9, 10, 11]
"

But, for Navami Born person the Moon has to be at least little greater than 8x12= 96 degrees from Sun. 12 degrees is for one tithi, so for 8 tithis to complete 96 degrees should have been completed, to start 9th (Navami) tithi.
Even If Sun is in 0* degree Aries and Moon is in Cancer there is three signs in between Aries, Taurus and Gemini. Each Sign is for 30 degrees and there for 90 degree are covered in three signs. So Moon has to be atleast 6* degrees into Cancer which is Pushya Nakshatra (Guru's Nakshatra). So Rama by this calculations has to be Pushya Nakshatra. Is there any corruptions in test?. Is there any other version of Ramayana which can clarify this?

Note 3 :  Some astrologers have given that Pundit Ravana's Chart is same as Lord Shree Rama. Except that Lagna is in Aries for Ravana. I will be happy if anyone can provide the reference for this.

I think no moon day should be occured when sun in pisces at 347.5 degree approximately. So at navami tithi moon would have traveled to cancer in punarvasu at less than 99.3 degree and sun should entered aries sign at less than 2.5 degree.
Hope this answer your question..
